Len
Yates - President, CTO, CTA, Series 7 & 66 |

Len Yates is a professional programmer with over 20 years of experience in institutional and private software
development work. Since founding OptionVue, he has earned worldwide recognition for his groundbreaking work in
options analysis software, education and data support services.
An experienced options trader with a comprehensive
knowledge of corporate finance and financial models, he has made important contributions in the field of options
pricing models. Most notable is the "Yates Adjustment" to the popular Black/Scholes model as applied to American
style puts. By accounting for the possibility of early exercise, this model has the advantage of both speed and
accuracy, mutually exclusive qualities with other models.

Graham - Product Manager, Series 7 & 66 |

William
James (Jim) Graham joined OptionVue Systems International, Inc. in
1999. He served as a Product Consultant, and, more recently, as OptionVue’s
Product Manager when he assisted Len Yates in further developing
and enhancing the company’s OptionVue 5 Options Analysis Software
to meet the real-world needs of institutional and individual options
traders.
Previously, Jim worked in Corporate Banking
at First National Bank of Chicago, specializing in loan
syndications and asset sales as well as asset-backed
finance. He also spent 5 years in the Securities and
Commodities division of First Chicago Capital Markets,
working with Broker-Dealers, Hedge Funds, and other securities
firms to meet their financing and settlement needs. During
this period, he also focused on developing new loan,
collateral analysis, and broker settlement systems.
After being honorably discharged from the
United States Marine Corps in 1985,
he earned his B.A. in Economics from Lake Forest College,
Lake Forest, IL, graduating in 1989. He has conducted
graduate-level business study at the University of Chicago.
Since
joining OptionVue Systems, Jim has authored documentation
and articles on options trading which have explored how
to effectively use options analysis and trading software
to increase the probability of long-term success in options
trading. |

Steve
Lentz - Director of Education & Research, Series 3 |

Stephen
(Steve) Lentz joined OptionVue Systems International, Inc. in 1998
as a Product Consultant. In 2002, he assumed responsibilities as
Director of Education and Research. In addition to developing curriculum
and teaching courses on options strategies, trading and software,
Steve conducts continuing research on the use of options as part
of a profitable trading approach. He consults daily for the OptionVue
Research Advisory Service and directs the company’s emerging
CTA operations..
An active trader in equities, futures and options, Steve has studied the markets
for many years and writes continually on topics ranging from beginner-level trading
concepts through advanced technical analysis. Aside from other industry publications,
many of his articles are published in the OptionVue Informer where he once served
as editor. Steve also co-authored the book, Simple Steps to Option Trading
Success.
Steve Lentz is a well accomplished seminar speaker, having taught at The Options
Institute of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and also for the Options
Industry Council (OIC). He has appeared at countless trade shows and user group
organizations as well.
Prior to joining OptionVue, Steve operated an independent real estate appraisal
business in Southern California. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics
from UCLA. |
