1.
Account Status has a new column parameter – Account Name.
This can be helpful when viewing the positions in a super account.
2. The Price Chart used to include today’s
price (represented by a red bar at the right) only in daily mode.
Now it includes today’s price in the weekly and monthly modes
as well.
3. When updating the BDB files by applying a patch,
the program now uses the files patchw32.exe and patchw32.dll instead
of the old file patch.exe. So you will see these two new files
appear automatically in the \Bkgnd subfolder. You may delete patch.exe
if you like.
4. In the Matrix, for each option, if the last
is “..r..” and the bid and ask are blank, the program
now displays “..r..” in the Market Price field as well.
Likewise, if the last is “..s..” and the bid and ask
are blank, the program now displays “..s..” in the
Market Price field as well.
5. The scheduling agent is suspended now while
in BackTrader mode.
6. The OptionVue Data Server (ODS) was originally
written to receive streaming quotes from BMI, Signal, and Comstock
equipment that the customer had on site. Since BMI and Signal no
longer have that kind of service, these days ODS is only used with
Comstock. To reflect that fact, we changed the name in the list
of Continuous Data Interfaces from “OptionVue DS” to “Comstock
via ODS”.
